When: Tuesday Nights
Games Times: 6:40pm and 7:30pm
Format: 2 x 20 minute games played back to back (whenever possible) – 10 minute halves.
Depending on the number of teams nominated, we may run 2 divisions.
2019 Season runs for 17 weeks plus finals
No time requests will be considered. Teams may not play at the same time each week.
$75 per game (Discounts are given to teams who pay upfront):
Full season Game Fee $1,162.50: due by Friday 15 February, 2019
Payment received after this date will not be eligible for any discount
1st Half Season Game Fee $900: due by Friday 15th February, 2019 and and 2nd payment $300: due by Friday 12th April, 2019.
Payment received after these dates will not be eligible for any discount
Weekly Game Fee $75: due prior to your game (please ensure bank transfers arrive on time).
$0 Membership (must be a member before taking the court)
Please note there is a $30 fee for teams that forfeit on top of game fees for that week
Memberships are done online . Players who have previously registered online do not need to do so again
$50 Registration Fee per player per season (must be paid before the player takes the court on their third game)
Players are NOT allowed to take the court (and an automatic loss will be applied) if:
- They are not members; or
- Are playing their third game and have not paid their registration fee
- Game fees have not been paid
This is a liability and insurance issue.

Cash: must be paid at the clubhouse before taking the court
Credit Card: must be paid at the clubhouse before taking the court and will incur a 1.9% surcharge.
Only one payment per team for game fees will be accepted. Individual game fee payments per player will not longer be accepted.
Game Fee Refunds
Teams that have paid upfront will receive refunds for BYES, games called off due to wet weather, or your opponents forfeiting the game
Fill In’s and Forfeits
Teams must field a team of at least 5 of their registered players. You are able to use up to 2 fill in’s provided the fill in player is from a division below – no fill ins from higher divisions are allowed. If a fill in does not officially belong to a team, once they have filled in for the same team 3 times, they will then be considered to officially be part of that team.
It is not the club’s responsibility to find fill in’s for teams. Teams requiring fill-in’s are encouraged to use our Facebook Fill In post that is uploaded every Monday to source players.
Teams that forfeit must still pay their games fees plus a penalty of $30.
Facebook is a great way to keep up to date with CHDNA news, including what is happening in the event of wet weather. www.facebook.com/CHDNA. Wet weather calls will not be made prior to 5pm on match day and will be announced via Facebook.
From time to time, we will take photo’s of games and publish them on Facebook. If you do not want your team featured, please let us know.
Each team will be responsible for set up and pack down once during the season with the support of a committee member. Primary tasks will be to ensure all post padding is in place and/or packed away.
