COVID-19 UPDATE: CHDNA is not responsible for any activities held by third parties at the facilities.  Any activities undertaken must be covered by your own public liability / insurance policies.

It is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure all activities undertaken meet current Government restrictions

HIRE CONDITIONS:

This is an application only
All applications must include a copy of your public liability certificate
Confirmation of your booking will be provided in writing to the "Hirer".  Until this is received, a booking will  not be confirmed
All bookings are subject to availability
Court hire is subject to agreement to abide by all court hire rules
Booking times must be strictly adhered to
The Hirer agrees to use the facilities for the purpose for which they were hired and not to create or contribute to any nuisance
The Hirer occupies and uses the facilities at their own risk
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to arrange first aid care as necessary for persons who come on site for the purpose of the Hirer
The Hirer acknowledges that security cameras may operate on the premises and they may be filmed
The Hirer will ensure that all windows, doors and gates are closed, locked and secured upon leaving
The Hirer is required to leave the facility in a clean state at the conclusion of each booking
All waste bins must be emptied
No tents or marquees are to be erected at the venue / facility without prior approval from CHDNA
Any security issues are to be promptly notified to the Association directly via phone 0466 908 490
The Hirer is financially responsible for any damage to CHDNA property as a result of the Hirer's booking
A minimum of 7 days notice must be given for the cancellation of permanent bookings or a fee may be charged

LIGHTS / KEYS / EQUIPMENT

The Hirer shall remain responsible for the key until the conclusion of the hire period
The key will be located in a lock box at the CHDNA facilities.  The key must be returned at the conclusion of each hire session
The lock box code will be changed periodically and the new code will be communicated with the Hirer
A picture of the key returned to the lockbox must be texted through to 0412 130 250 at the end of each session
The Hirer is responsible to ensure all lights (including court lights) are turned off at the end of each hire session
The usage of lights is not permitted unless it has been requested in your booking. Penalty of light usage without prior request will be charged at $30/pole/hour (part hours will not be charged)
Hirer's found to be using more lights than requested on multiple occasions will be deemed to have used the extra lights on ALL occasions and will be charged accordingly
All padding, bins and equipment must be left as it is found.  Penalty for a committee member to attend and rectify is $100.00

FEES

Court hire is $15 per court / per hour prior to 6:00pm
Court hire is $20 per court / per hour after 6:00pm
Discounts may apply for long term bookings
Clubhouse and additional facilities are additional to court hire costs
Invoices are payable upon receipt and in advance of your booking
Our preferred payment is via bank transfer. Online and credit card payments attract a surcharge
