CHDNA run Ladies and Mixed Social Netball competitions. Mixed play on Tuesday Nights and Ladies play on Wednesday Nights at Bill Cash Memorial Park, Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill.
The competitions have 2 seasons per year, which run from approximately January to June and July to December and takes breaks during the school holidays.
The minimum age to play in the social league is 14.
CHDNA plays according to The International Netball Federation in conjunction with the CHDNA ByLaws.

Registrations are currently open for mixed and ladies teams in competitions running from February – June 2024.

Single Players
CHDNA Social League Details
When: Mixed – Tuesday Nights. Ladies – Wednesday Nights
Games Times: 6:40pm, 7:30pm, 8:20pm
Game Format: 40 minute games – 10 minute quarters. Some divisions may have a BYE round.
LADIES 2024 Season 2 runs for 18 weeks plus finals (First 2 weeks in ladies social will be grading weeks and no ladder points will be accumulated)
MIXED 2024 Season 2 runs for 18 weeks plus finals (First week in mixed social will be grading weeks and no ladder points will be accumulated)
No requests for game times will be considered. Teams may not play at the same time each week.
Game Fees
$192 per player for the season, this works out to be $12 a game.

You will not be able to take the court unless game fees are paid on time
Registration Fees
CHNDA are affiliated to Netball Queensland. NetballConnect is the platform that CHDNA use for registration and competition aspects of Netball Activities. To access NetballConnect, please visit https://registration.netballconnect.com.
All Team Registrations are through Netball Connect, your captain will then send you a link to join their team.
Registration Fees are charged per player for the year (this covers you for both our seasons) and must be paid before the player takes the court for the first time.
Players are NOT allowed to take the court (and an automatic loss will be applied) if:
- They are not members; or
- Are playing and have not paid their registration fee
- Game fees have not been paid
This is a liability and insurance issue.

Credit Card: must be paid online before taking the court, your Registration will include an option to submit payments.
We do not accept cash as payment
Game Fee Refunds
Teams may receive refunds for BYES, games called off due to wet weather, or your opponents forfeiting the game. Refunds will be paid out at the end of the season and cannot be carried over future seasons.
Fill In’s and Forfeits
Teams must field a team of at least 5 of their registered players. You are able to use up to 2 fill in’s provided the fill in player is from a division below or your own division – no fill ins from higher divisions are allowed. If a fill in does not officially belong to a team, once they have filled in for the same team 3 times, they will then be considered to officially be part of that team.
It is not the club’s responsibility to find fill in’s for teams. Teams requiring fill-in’s are encouraged to use our Facebook Fill In post that is uploaded every Monday to source players.
Facebook is a great way to keep up to date with CHDNA news, including what is happening in the event of wet weather. www.facebook.com/CHDNA. Wet weather calls will not be made prior to 5pm on match day and will be announced via Facebook.
From time to time, we will take photo’s during games and publish them on Facebook. If you do not want your team featured, please let us know.
Roster
Each team will be responsible for set up or pack down once during the season with the support of a committee member. Primary tasks will be to ensure all post padding is in place and/or packed away. Your rostered week will coincide with your team playing in the first or last round.
