BUSINESS OF THE MEETING
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to elect members to the 2020 Management Committee and also elect the Auditor for the year ending 31st December 2020.
The Treasurer’s Report, 2019 AGM minutes together with further particulars of the election process will be provided online prior to the meeting and assumed that it has been read by all attendees.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All CHDNA members are entitled to attend, vote and stand for election for the Committee.
